These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hibije platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on hibije, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. Please read carefully before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hibije ("hibije", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the hibije platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the hibije platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person who participates in any game, promotion, or competition hosted on hibije. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional offer, you affirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

hibije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where material changes are made, hibije will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the hibije platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept any revised Terms must cease using the platform immediately and contact hibije support to request account closure.
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
hibije is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to and use of the hibije platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. hibije enforces its age and eligibility requirements without exception.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service provided by hibije. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh or the specific game or service they wish to access. hibije reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, hibije will suspend or permanently close the account and return any eligible funds in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The hibije platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the hibije platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. hibije accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of applicable local laws.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hibije platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where hibije identifies that a player holds more than one account, hibije reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings accrued across duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances held in those accounts.
2.4 Personal Account Use
Your hibije account is strictly personal. You must not allow any other person to access or use your hibije account, including family members, friends, or any third party. You must not use another person's account to place wagers or access promotions. Any wager placed or bonus claimed through an account that is not being used by the registered account holder may be voided at hibije's discretion.
Eligibility Checklist
To register and use hibije, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

- You are not acting as an agent of a third party
- You are not a hibije employee or immediate family member of one

Account Registration and Security
Registering an account with hibije is a straightforward process. Players are required to provide accurate personal information, maintain the security of their login credentials, and cooperate with hibije's identity verification process when requested.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You may also be required to provide a preferred payment method (such as a bKash or Nagad mobile wallet number) for the purposes of processing deposits and withdrawals. All information provided at registration and during the lifetime of your account must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
hibije operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal, when depositing above specified thresholds, or at any time hibije's trust and safety team determines that verification is necessary. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method ownership (for example, confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder) may also be required. hibije will process verification documents in a timely manner. Withdrawals may be held pending the satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibije account login credentials, including your username and password. hibije strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless you have notified hibije of a suspected breach of account security in advance. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact hibije support immediately at [email protected].
Accurate Information Required
All details provided at registration must match your official identity documents. Discrepancies between your account details and your KYC documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until the matter is resolved.
Keep Your Credentials Secure
Never share your hibije username or password with any other person. hibije support will never ask for your password in any communication. Any request for your password — whether by email, chat, or any other channel — should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hibije immediately.
Two-Factor Authentication
hibije supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for registered accounts. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code at each login in addition to your password. hibije strongly recommends that all players enable 2FA from their account security settings.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All player funds on hibije are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). hibije supports a range of local and card-based payment methods to ensure that Bangladeshi players can deposit and withdraw quickly, conveniently, and without unnecessary fees.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hibije currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Payment method availability may vary based on your account verification status and the transaction amount. hibije reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to supported payment methods via their registered contact details.
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at hibije is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to the player's hibije wallet without delay. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to appear in the player's account, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. hibije does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which hibije accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by hibije's payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Players must complete the KYC identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
4.4 Currency
All player balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses at hibije are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hibije does not require currency conversion for players in Bangladesh. All amounts displayed on the hibije platform use the ৳ symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳1,000).
4.5 Responsible Use of Funds
Players are responsible for ensuring that the funds deposited into their hibije account are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. hibije does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to a third party. Any attempt to use a payment method registered to another person will result in the deposit being voided and the funds returned, and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.6 Unclaimed Funds and Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if the registered player has not logged in for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hibije will attempt to contact the player via their registered email address and mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact hibije support at [email protected] to reactivate their account and arrange for the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Bonuses and Promotions
hibije offers a range of bonuses and promotions for registered Bangladesh players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses awarded by hibije are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and held in the player's bonus wallet as a separate balance from the player's real-money wallet. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer-specific terms presented at the time the bonus is claimed. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for hibije deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific conditions of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who create multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses on more than one occasion will have their accounts closed and any associated bonus winnings forfeited in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.
5.3 Wagering Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements applicable to a specific bonus. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be set out in the specific terms of that offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the relevant wagering requirement will be removed from the player's account at the point of expiry.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions
hibije reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus or associated winnings if hibije has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; the use of arbitrage strategies or low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and any other behaviour that hibije determines is intended to exploit a promotional offer in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose.
Game Rules and Fair Play
hibije is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered players. All games available on the hibije platform are subject to the rules and integrity standards described in this section.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All RNG (random number generator) casino games available on hibije — including slots, virtual table games, and RNG card games — use certified random number generation technology. The RNG systems used by hibije's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including hibije itself.
6.2 Live Casino Integrity
Live casino games streamed on the hibije platform are provided by established third-party suppliers including Ezugi and Evolution Gaming. These providers operate under their own regulatory and integrity frameworks. All live game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing, spinning, or other randomisation methods conducted by live dealers in professional studio environments. hibije does not control or influence live game outcomes.
6.3 Sports Betting Markets
Cricket betting and other sports markets offered on hibije are based on the actual outcomes of real sporting events. hibije reserves the right to void bets in the event of match abandonment, venue changes, or any other circumstance that materially alters the conditions under which the original odds were set. Specific rules applicable to each sports market are displayed within the hibije sportsbook at the point of placing a wager.
6.4 Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG casino game available on hibije is set by the respective game provider. RTP values are available within the game information section of each individual title. hibije does not alter or influence RTP settings on any game. Players should note that RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes over any individual gaming session.
6.5 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — hibije reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that cannot be verified against server-side records, hibije reserves the right to withhold payment of that win pending investigation. hibije's decision in relation to any technical malfunction is final.
6.6 Collusion and Cheating
Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated playing software (bots), or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the hibije platform is strictly prohibited. hibije employs monitoring technology to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity. Accounts found to be engaged in cheating or collusion will be permanently closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the hibije platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, depending on the severity of the violation.
- Underage gambling. Registering or attempting to register an account as a person under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the hibije platform by any person under 18.
- Multiple accounts. Creating or operating more than one hibije account simultaneously, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed by hibije for any reason.
- False identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information; using another person's identity documents during the KYC process; or misrepresenting any material fact to hibije.
- Payment fraud. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating unjustified chargebacks; or depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity.
- Money laundering. Using the hibije platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. hibije cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any such investigation.
- Automated play. Using bots, scripts, automated clicking software, or any other non-human method to interact with the hibije platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses.
- Collusion. Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
- Abuse of bonuses. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
- Platform interference. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with hibije's platform, software, or infrastructure in any manner.
- Offensive conduct. Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language in any communication with hibije staff or in any public-facing area of the hibije platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, hibije may take one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent account closure
- Forfeiture of bonus balances
- Withholding of disputed winnings pending investigation
- Recovery of funds paid in error
- Referral to relevant law enforcement authorities
Account Suspension and Closure
Both hibije and the player have the right to close a hibije account. This section sets out the circumstances under which accounts may be suspended or closed, and the process that applies in each case.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any registered hibije player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting hibije support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, hibije will process any eligible pending withdrawal of the player's real-money balance before closing the account. Any remaining bonus balance that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within two to five business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through their hibije account settings or by contacting hibije support directly. Self-exclusion suspends access to the hibije account for the chosen period — available options range from a 30-day cooling-off period to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player cannot log in, deposit, place wagers, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened at the player's request. 8.3 Closure by hibije
hibije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has violated these Terms; the player's account is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; the player has failed to complete the KYC identity verification process within the required timeframe; or the player has been found to be under the age of 18. Where hibije closes an account due to a verified Terms violation, hibije reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance pending investigation of the violation. In all other cases of hibije-initiated closure, the player's real-money balance will be returned via their registered payment method.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a hibije account — whether voluntary, via self-exclusion, or by hibije — the player will lose access to their account history, transaction records, and any accumulated loyalty or promotional credits. hibije recommends that players download or record any account history they wish to retain before requesting voluntary closure. Following account closure, the player is prohibited from re-registering a new hibije account for a period of 30 days, or indefinitely in the case of permanent self-exclusion or closure due to a Terms violation.
8.5 Disputes and Complaints
If you disagree with a decision made by hibije in relation to your account, a game outcome, a payment, or a bonus ruling, you have the right to raise a formal complaint. Complaints should be submitted in the first instance to hibije support at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates, and any supporting evidence. hibije aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. hibije's complaints team will review the matter and communicate a final decision in writing. hibije's decision on any complaint is final and binding.
8.6 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable principles of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the hibije platform that cannot be resolved through hibije's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. hibije's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of hibije's right to enforce it subsequently.

Self-Exclusion Tools
If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, hibije's self-exclusion tools allow you to suspend your account for a set period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be overridden during the chosen period.
Formal Complaints Process
hibije takes all player complaints seriously. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a support query, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint. hibije commits to a written response on all formal complaints within five business days.
